HR Consultancy

As an HR Consultant, I support organisations in a broad spectrum of services including re-organisations, TUPE transfers, employee engagement, change management, workplace issues and HR strategy. As part of my strategy work, I support organisations with bid submissions and developing business plans.

I am able to bring my experience working at senior level in highly unionised, multi sited organisations, within the transport sector. This coupled with an ability to build effective working relationships with my clients quickly.
